Today we host Sallyanne Pisk. She has worked in health for 30 years and has experience as a practitioner, researcher and manager. Sallyanne is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, mindfulness practitioner and author. She completed her research masters in the dietetic practice guidelines for the nutritional management of type 2 diabetes.
For the past 10 years she has been devoted to helping women transform their eating mindset and relationship with food.

Sallyanne founded Eating for You, an online business, to help women reclaim themselves and their lives through mindful eating and living. The Eating for You approach is based on scientific research, Eastern nutrition and Sallyanne’s own experiences of transitioning from dieting to mindful eating herself, as she realized that healthy eating wasn’t meant to be so hard. Sallyanne has a private community of over 2000 members.
