Today we host Dr. Wilma Hunt-Watts, DPM, DABMSP, FAPWCA. Her background is just AMAZING!

  • She's a Podiatric Physician licensed in the State of NY, is a published contributing author and is an esteemed graduate of Howard University. 
  • She has served as Principal Investigator for the N.I.H. (National Institutes of Health) clinical trial which focuses on “Bio_Sole as a wearable biosensor, that quantifies blood alcohol concentration in real time.” 
  • Serves on the board of directors for The American Diabetes Association
  • She was feature in The Virgin Diabetic Book on Chapter 7:  "Step Away from Amputation".

With over 20 years in private practice, she has made it a mission to focus on efforts to help save limbs particularly those in at risk communities and help disseminate information via telemedicine to help people thrive and not just survive.
